The New Year Celebration Party was held on Friday, January 9 from 5:00 p.m. at the Shinryoku-no-ma (Spring Green Section) of the Goshiki Banquet Hall in Akasaka Prince Hotel, Tokyo, hosted by Japan Amusement MachineryManufacturers Association (JAMMA), Japan Amusement Park Equipment Association (JAPEA), and All Nippon Amusement Machine Operator's Union (AOU). This year, JAPEA organized the party, where chairmen of each organization expressed their aspirations and resolve for the New Year, as well as their earnest hopes for the prosperity of the industry, for an economic recovery and an improvement in consumer spending. Held at one of Tokyo's finest hotels, the party was a great success with a large turnout and good interaction between members. |
