As its theme was the great heart created by playing games, 43rd Amusement Machine Show was held during September 1st to 3rd in the hall of #1-3 at Makuhari Messe in Chiba. This is the first year to hold Amusement Machine Show at Makuhari Messe. The number of Exhibitor this year was 52 companies (was 51 last year), and the number of exhibitors' booth this year was 879 (was 880 last year). The number of visitors was 28,493 people (was 23,838 people last year) for first 2 business days. It was 19.5 point increased compared with last year. The number of visitors for public day was 15,450 people (was 9,476 people last year). This is also increased 63 point from last year. It was prosperous and crowded with people for 3 days. As its theme was history of Amusement Show, a chronological table and sources of previous show were exhibited for visitors' deep understanding. Referring to the hosts and sponsors, it was hosted by the two main hosts that Japan Amusement Machine Industry Association, JAMMA and Japan Amusement Park Equipment Association, JAPEA. It was also supported by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, and Nihon Keizai Shinbun, Inc. |
