The annual New Year Party was held on January 11th at Goshiki Shinryoku ballroom in Akasaka Prince Hotel. The main sponsors were JAMMA, AOU and JAPEA, and the charged organizer was AOU this year. There were 281 people at the party to celebrate New Year 2006. Mr. Shukuo Ishikawa, vice president of JAMMA, had speech on be half of Mr. Hajime Satomi, president of JAMMA. He explained about present situation surrounding regarding consideration of integration. Mr. Ishikawa said "Even though there are many difficult problems and challenges, we have had many discussions to make amusement industry develop and grow up because we (JAMMA, AOU and NAS)have the same aim and common wish." | |
