Japan Amusement Machinery Manufacturers Association, JAMMA, hold the 18th general meeting on May 23rd (Tue) 3pm at the Atlantic room of the Hotel Ohkura in Toranomon, Tokyo. The special guests, Mr. Taizo Takahashi, the department chief and Mr. Tsutomu Sato, the chief clerk both in Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry were invited.
At the very beginning, Mr. Hajime Satomi, the president of JAMMA made opening speech. He talked about industrial recent circumstance and integration problem. He said "As you know, we have carried forward integration and we will make it execute." At the last part of the speech, he said "I believe that it is extremely important year so I want everybody to cooperate for the integration."
At the parliamentary proceedings, they explained the business report for 2005 settlement report, auditing issue, income and expenditure, and business plan for 2006 and all of them were approved by a unanimous vote.
Furthermore, they reported that they recommended the administration officer for reelection attend termination of a term. The president, Mr. Satomi, mentioned "We won't fill vacant positions for the integration." It was approved by a unanimous vote. Continuously, reelection for administers included vice-president and executive director were hold. |
